About Us

Nosotros como miembros de la Iglesia Presbiteriana El Buen Pastor, fuimos escogidos a través del Espíritu Santo para alabar, convivir, y servir solamente al Dios Todopoderoso. Esta iglesia se estableció en Abril de 1910 y desde entonces nos reunimos como hijos e hijas de Dios para celebrar con gratitud y alegría el amor de Dios revelado en Jesucristo.

We are God’s church: created by Him, established by Him, and will be united with Him, as He has promised. We, as members of El Buen Pastor Presbyterian Church, were chosen by the Holy Spirit to worship and serve the Almighty God. Through the Holy Spirit this church was established in April 1910. Since then we congregate as children of God to celebrate with joy and thanksgiving the love from God revealed to us by Jesus Christ.

A Greeting From Pastor Lyra

¡Bienvenidos! Mi nombre es Absalón Lyra y soy el pastor de la Iglesia Presbiteriana El Buen Pastor. Nuestra iglesia es una iglesia bilingüe. Jesús dijo: "Yo soy el camino, y la verdad, y la vida; nadie viene al Padre, sino por mí." (Juan 14:6). Por esa razón hermanos les extendemos una invitación a usted y a su familia para que nos acompañe en adorar y servir al Trino Dios.

Welcome! My name is Absalon Lyra and I am the pastor at El Buen Pastor Presbyterian Church. Our church is a bilingual church. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but by me." (John 14:6). By these words we invite you and your family to join us to worship and serve the Triune God.
